Heather has been part of Ming & Associates since 2004 and plays a key role in keeping both clients and advisors on track. She is proactive in making sure reviews happen on time, details are followed through, and nothing important slips.

With a deep understanding of the firm’s processes and administrative workflow, Heather helps keep the office running smoothly day to day, supporting advisors and ensuring clients feel informed and well supported.
