About Timothy
Tim founded Ming & Associates in 1996 with the goal of building a firm that focused on people, not products. Over nearly three decades, he worked with individuals, families, and business owners, building long-standing relationships that grew and evolved over time. That foundation remains central as the next generation carries the firm forward.
Tim retired in December 2025 after a successful and rewarding career. While he’s no longer involved in day-to-day operations or client meetings, he keeps his office and still pops in regularly to share perspective and big-picture thinking… often coinciding with the appearance of baked goods.
Outside of the office, Tim enjoys spending time with his three sons and many grandchildren, travelling, and staying active outdoors through motorcycling, boating, and skiing.
